Egg.....



The name egg may only be used for the eggs of the domestic hen. Eggs from other birds must be described as such appropriately.

Weigh classification:
  • Large eggs - at least 65g
  • Normal eggs - 50g to 65g
  • Small eggs - below 50g

    Keeping eggs in the refrigerator should be cleaned first. Chicken faeces can carry germs to other foods in the refrigerator. No odor, clean and unbroken.

    Sponge to wash the eggs should be separated with the other sponge.

    Eggs that are stored in a week in the refrigerator is much more refreshing than a new egg a day but kept in room temperature in Malaysia.

    Egg shell can absorb the odor environment. Therefore, save the egg in a closed container in the refrigerator.

    Remove the eggs from the refrigerator before use and let the temperature reached room temperature before use. Eggs are cool, even if difficult stirred mixed with other materials.

    How to check the age of the egg. Add eggs into the water. If the egg floats, age is a bit long. When submerged, indicating that eggs are still fresh.
