- Gluten Free - Arrowroot, Corn/maize, Potato Flour, Sago, Tapioca, Soya, Rice Flour, Custard, Milk, Eggs, Cream, Butter, Cheese, Cocoa, Coffee, Tea, All Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, Honey, Sugar, Jam, Golden syrup, Yeast, colouring, Baking powder, Salt and some brands of Chocolate.
- Gluten Containing - Wheat, Barley, Rye Flour, Wholemeal, Semolina, Noodles, Wheat Bran, wholewheat Flour, pastry, pies and all baked foods made from wheat, rye, barley and semolina.
Where the flour the recipe is not totally significant to the structure of the product eg heary fruits cakes. Gluten free flour generally require more liquid than wheatflour.
