Negative or Positive Chocolate



Do not eat chocolate, not good, fat later! Are you sure you hear or use common words 'ban' believe this because, chocolate is not a healthy food.

Many believe that eating chocolate can be fattening, cause diabetes, tooth damaged and 101 other types of diseases that people who ration when eating chocolate.

Belief that many people but research shows otherwise. Chocolate does not appear to cause diabetes, tooth damage, increased cholesterol levels or heart disease but believe it or not, chocolate is said to extend the age.

Those who prefer to eat chocolate is said to be living one year longer than those who do not eat. Interesting is not it?

Researchers from Harvard University found that chocolate contains chemicals that help maintain blood vessel flexibility and improve the content and flovonoid antioxidants in the blood, substances that can prevent or slow damage to cells and tissues of the body.

This lump sum longevity and with more than 300 chemicals in it, more good chocolate.

For readers, advantage of chocolate and for those who are fond of food that is sweet, this will display good news and those who previously less, may be transformed into a chocolate lover.

Regardless, a reminder, Do not eat excessive chocolate! Like other food, excessive intake may be harmful.
